Quickly following last week's January 2026 HECKERLING WEEK in FLORIDA ...we are poised to bring you
the Annual MCEPC Virtual Heckerling Update 2026 !
For our 3rd event of the 2025-2026 season, we are thrilled to announce the return of Attorneys Lisa Presser and Brian Balduzzi as our Zoom presenters. Lisa and Brian - the dynamic duo from Faegre Drinker -- presented during last year's MCEPC season with "Trust Modications, Terminations and Decantings - OH MY!" Our members gave rave reviews of that presentation, and we know that their Heckerling Update will top the charts!
MCEPC is offering this as a Zoom meeting on Thursday, February 26, 2026 - so avoid the snow and watch from your own space. AND as a special bonus, we will be treating a few lucky members to lunch**!
