Michelle Hirsch is Co-President and third-generation owner of Brunswick Companies, a nationally recognized insurance and risk management firm. She leads the firm’s Private Client Group, specializing in advising affluent families on aligning personal property and casualty insurance with estate planning strategies to protect significant assets and preserve generational wealth. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Michelle collaborates closely with estate attorneys, financial advisors, and family offices to identify coverage gaps and design tailored risk management solutions for complex ownership structures, trusts, and high-value collections. As a third-generation leader, she continues her family’s legacy of innovation and client service while speaking nationally on the intersection of insurance, estate planning, and wealth preservation.

She received her bachelors degree from Penn State University, her MBA from Case Western University’s Weatherhead School of Business and her Certified Advisor in Personal Insurance designation from Chubb and the Wharton School of Business.

Dave Logan joined PURE in 2020 as Chief Risk Officer with more than 20 years of industry experience, predominantly in the reinsurance space, and was appointed President in 2023. He has executive responsibility for distribution, marketing, member experience, our Canadian operations, enterprise risk management, actuarial functions, reinsurance and serves on the Subscriber’s Advisory Committee and the Board of Directors. Prior to joining PURE, Dave served as managing director for Guy Carpenter. He holds a BA from the University of Minnesota and has earned the Associate in Reinsurance designation.
